We turn scattered information into actionable context

ānbāsan connects your app data into meaningful context — enabling a new way of working that is faster, more precise, simpler, and easier to scale. AI becomes not just an executor, but a context-aware part of your workflow.

Our story

ānbāsan was born from the frustration that information is available, but rarely in the right context. Emails, documents, tasks, and notes are spread across different apps, so AI often only sees fragments and cannot reliably piece together the full picture.

ānbāsan addresses this by not just storing information, but connecting it into a usable context. The result is a working context that makes information easier to find, easier to understand, and ready to use — for both users and AI.

The Problem

Emails, notes, documents, and tasks all exist separately. Humans connect the dots in their minds — AI cannot do that on its own.

Without context, AI remains superficial.

No relationships between data

Too much searching and context switching

Weak AI outputs

Too much effort to maintain relationships between information

Our Solution

We connect your app data into meaningful context.

One system instead of isolated apps.

Structure — information organized in a meaningful way

Context — work in and with it directly

AI integration — shared context, shared knowledge base

What we stand for

ānbāsan is based on these four principles

Symbiotic AI

AI complements people, not replaces them. Good systems amplify what humans can do.

Efficiency with integrity

Every feature should create real value. Clarity over buzzwords.

Openness & Partnership

Transparent development, feedback loops, and open communication are part of what we build.

Data protection is mandatory

GDPR-compliant, European servers, transparency regarding data usage. Your context is your property – not our raw material.

Trust & Security

We understand that data and its processing are a matter of trust. This requires not only a good product, but also maximum transparency, reliability, and security.

✓ GDPR compliant

Full compliance

✓ European servers

Azure Europe, data stays in the EU

✓ Encryption

Data encrypted in transit and at rest

✓ No data leakage

Your context will never be used for training, sales, or distribution.

Facts & Figures

ānbāsan was founded in Stuttgart and is evolving with a clear focus on context management and context-based work. Its technical core is built on Blazor, C#, PostgreSQL, and Azure. The primary market is the DACH region, with international scalability to follow. Security is not an add-on, but part of the concept: GDPR compliance, EU hosting, encryption, and a strict no-training-on-customer-data policy are all included.

Current Focus

ānbāsan is in active development to make context useful in everyday work for both users and AI. The main focus is on core functionality, stability, and smooth integration into daily workflows.

Next Steps

Core features are continuing to evolve. Performance, the interface, and the user experience are now also a priority. The first release is planned for late Q2 to early Q3.

Founder

Andreas Bauer is the founder and technical architect of ānbāsan. He brings experience in software development, data architecture, and machine learning.

Before ānbāsan, he was part of an early-stage solar startup. Prior to that, he spent several years working on simulation and application platforms for semiconductor research in the solar field. There, he developed systems for scientific data and integrated machine learning directly into existing workflows.

With ānbāsan, he aims to make working with information simpler, more structured, and more connected — moving away from fragmented apps and data toward clear context.

The Vision for the Future of Work

We envision a work environment in which:

  • People can focus on innovative, creative & strategic tasks  – because AI takes over the routine and less value-adding tasks.
  • AI always has the appropriate context  – and is therefore truly valuable, not superficial.
  • No one needs to spend hours gathering data  – data is intelligently linked and always immediately usable in context.
  • Sustainability and efficiency go hand in hand  – better decisions = fewer mistakes = less waste
  • Technology supports people, not replaces them  – a symbiotic partnership that combines the best of both worlds.

That’s our mission. And you can be a part of it.
