About ānbāsan
We believe in a future where AI and humans work together symbiotically. Our goal: to combine the best of both worlds – efficiency, intelligence, and human creativity.
Our story
The idea for ānbāsan arose from everyday frustration: emails, notes, tasks, files – all scattered everywhere, with no visible connection between them. And when you wanted to ask the AI, it lacked the context – which you had to gather and prompt yourself beforehand. Otherwise, it only saw fragments, not the necessary overall picture. The result: a lot of searching and generic, superficial answers. Tedious and ultimately not very helpful.
The question was: does it have to be this way? Why does everything have to be so scattered when context is becoming increasingly important? Why do users have to write long prompts to convey context that the overall system already provides?
This frustration gave rise to this project: to build a solution that intelligently connects data and equips AI with the appropriate context. No context or prompt engineering. No switching back and forth between apps and searching for data. One click – everything works.
ānbāsan was founded in Stuttgart on April 25, 2025. Since then, we have continued to focus on developing a web application that brings humans and artificial intelligence together – efficiently and sustainably.
The Team
Andreas Bauer
CEO & Founder
Previously, 3 years at a newly founded startup (solar). Also, several years of experience with a C# simulation platform for semiconductor/solar cell research, a research database (SQL, full-stack), and ML integration for data analysis directly into the workflow.

Our roadmap – What's next?
What ānbāsan is currently working on and what its planned priorities are:
🟢 Q1 2026 (Jan – Mar)
Alpha/MVP: Finalize core features (multi-source sync, smart buttons, context management, AI integration). Extensive internal and beta testing. Initial 10–20 customers for feedback.
🟡 Q2 2026 (Apr – Jun)
Beta → Public: Office 365 Add-in (Word, Outlook, and more). Seamless contextual access directly from within Office. Performance optimized for scalability. Public beta with 50+ customers.
🔵 Q3 2026 (Jul – Sep)
Public Launch & Go-to-Market: Official launch with pricing tiers. Integrations for other apps (Google Workspace, etc.). Marketing campaigns, community building.
🟣 Q4 2026 (Oct – Dec)
Skalierung: Implementing collaborative teamwork within the app. Team expansion.
